There was no evidence found during the investigation that would support the maltreatments. The home was observed to be sanitary and Shaquana and Annie Howard both happen to be cleaning as CPI walked up. It had running water and working electricity. The home was free of Environemnetal Hazards. There was no marks or bruises on Demecia. There was no evidence of drug use or sales in the home. Both participants were lucid and coherent when seen in unannounced visits. There was no indication that anyone smoked in the home. Shaquana submitted to a drug screen and tested positive for THC.
