EREPORT # 19106 stated the following: Leigh Ann Mathis has 4 Children she has lost custody of all of them. She is not allowed contact with Preston. I know this because the Nurses at the Hospital told her to leave or they would call Police. She is now living with Kyle and Preston. She was seen with Kyle and Preston at Christmas. Kyle just had his leg amputated. He is no way is capable of taking care of himself much less an 18 month old. Between the hospital and Home. Kyle lost a pill bottle of 84 pain pills. Leigh is known for Substance Abuse. So now this baby is in the hands of a Dope head and an Amputee who are both now using. Leigh Ann Mathis is not to have contact with this child Per DHS, and she is now living with the Child. Kyle and his soon to be X-wife have custody or have had Preston for over a year. Kyle's wife has left she is no longer in the picture. Kyle just had his leg amputated this past week. He is in no way capable of taking care of himself, and is on narcotics for pain. He had no explaination on why she was with him and the child at a Christmas event. Leigh Ann Mathis has been in or around Kyle's home and Preston since Kyle's Wife left between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2015. I know DHS ask Kyle if Leigh Ann Mathis was living with him. I know DHS has spoken with Kyle concerning Leigh Ann Mathis and how she is not to have contact with Preston. I know he has lied about her contact and about her living with him. She was kicked out of her Grandmother's home for theft. Kyle's Family is helping in every way, but even with their protest Leigh Ann is still living with Kyle. Leigh Ann Mathis needs to be removed from the Home. DHS already knows her and knows she is not to have Contact with the Child. The Child needs to be placed in Kyle's mother's care or a Friend of the Family's care until Kyle is off pain medication and has an artificial limb in
