Muscle Contraction is part of an organ in the body that is tensive. It may have a process of tensions that may be developed with muscle tissues. Contraction can be a meaning of shortening or long. Muscle Contraction can also produce a muscle cell that is for movement of the body. Myosin and Actin is an interaction protein to Muscle Contraction, it can be changed by shape but not by volume. Skeletal Muscle contraction is produce by heat. The muscles may receive signal from the brain. Once it receives signal it expands or contracts. Skeleton can provide muscle movement and frame work. This kind of muscle can be found attached your bones. Filaments there are only two types of sliding filaments. The Thick Filaments is called “Myofliaments”. Myofliaments produces myosin. Myosin is a protein and can be found in muscle tissue that makes a thick filament. A filament called actin forms a contract with Sarcomeres of skeletal muscle. With the Sarcomere, actin and myosin slides across each other for shortening of a muscle fiber. The thin filaments is called “actin” is a muscle protein. Actin is pulled by Myosin to cause a contact to a muscle. Actin sometimes forms bacteria to use for motility. The Roles of ATP is a shorten term of actin and myosin filament. ATP is a sort of fuel to give to the muscle during contractions; this type of energy is to make the muscle move.…
Hip joint discomfort can arise from structures inside the joint or structures surrounding the hip joint. It joins legs with torso of the body, the thigh bone femur swivels in the joint made of pelvic bones, this constitution is like a socket and comprises area and really much less fluid in it. This socket like structure is known as acetabulum. Any damage or infection fills this area with fluid or blood which restricts the free motion of the head of the femur causing soreness, stiffness, and even locking of the joint. Infection, swelling, redness and warmth are few symptoms of this pain.…

Problems can be solve. People can overcome problems by using their strengths. One way for some people to solve the problems is by using movements and motions to help them learn like in activities. Bodily kinesthetic is a intelligence to help you to do stuff in different activities like it helps you learn quicker by using motions and hand movements or for some people doing experiments to help you able to understand better. When you actually do something like an experiment, you now visually see it and know how it works and stuff. For example in math sometimes when I multiply, divide, subtract, or adding big numbers I could do it in my mind, but sometimes I get confused, so sometimes I check my answer by writing it on the paper just to make sure I get it right. When you use hand movements it helps to know and makes what you have learn leave in your brain.…
R’s learning style is mildly kinesthetic learning. R’s VARK questionnaire results were visual: 9, aural: 4, read/write: 5, kinesthetic: 14. Kinesthetic learners learn best by moving their bodies. These types of learners are often called as hyperactive as children and have good coordination, sense of timing and strong body movement. One other thing that is unique about the kinesthetic learner is that they often tap, wiggle and move their legs when they sit. Kinesthetic learners are excellent in working well with their hands. They are good at sculpting, repairing, and art works. A kinesthetic learner tends to use all their senses – touch, sight, smell, taste and hearing. They prefer to experiment, use trial and error method and also use more hands on approach for acquiring knowledge.…
Learning effective note taking through learning to create mind maps and spider diagrams, as I have a kinaesthetic learning style this is how I learn quicker through visual and practical activities to review learning. I also enjoy group work and learn best through active group sessions and brainstorming.…
During the VARK questionnaire that I took I scored an 11 on visual, aural, and read/write. The topic that I scored highest on was Kinesthetic and I scored a 12 on it. Kinesthetic is a learning tool that is hands-on approach. People that are kinesthetic are easily distracted by the activity that is going on. The difficult approach towards it would be sitting still for an amount of time, such as a lecture. I believe that Kinesthetic is a perfect fit for me because I believe that I do better when I’m doing hands-on. It is also hard for me to sit in class for a long time because I get bored just listening to the teacher talk for an hour or longer, but I do still take notes in lectures because I’m used to bulletpoints while sitting in a lecture.…
I am seeking to change my major from Kinesiology to Recreation Park Tourism Administration. When I original choose Kinesiology as a major I was attracted to this major because I’ve always been motivated by sports and athletics since I was a toddler. My grandmother was a Kinesiology major, she taught middle school PE and Science. My father is a Kinesiology major and he is an athletic director at Soka University. I felt very compelled to follow in their footsteps. I realized after two terms in Kinesiology this was not the right channel to follow my educational career goals.…
If you have a child who has recently been diagnosed with autism, you may want to look into what physical therapy options are available to your child. Here are three benefits of physical therapy that your child may experience by working with a physical therapist.…
Kinesthetic is the ability of using you entire body/ body-language to interpret or perceive statistics or data from what/who you are interpreting. Kinesthetic is hands on learning, sink or swim. Ironically that was the way I Learned to swim. Reading/ writing is the action of intake of data and comprehension, then output the knowledge in ways to make yourself not forget answers or details about the certain person, article, or diagram. Reading/ writing is usefully to those like me who know how to use it, and have been for years. I would take my notes from lectures (which were horrible in my opinion) read them to get the core of the orientation then do a quick study/research on what I have then. Write a draft, alter and then format the ideas from their and design…
“Whenever a new discovery is reported to the scientific world, they first say, “it is probably not true.” Therefore, when the truth of the new proposition has been demonstrated beyond question, they say, “yes, it may be true but it is not important.” Finally when sufficient time has elapsed to fully evidence its importance, they say, “yes, surely it is important but it is no longer new.”.” –Michel De Montaigne, 16th century. Kinesiology is defined as the study of muscle and body movements; whereas, applied kinesiology is defined as the diagnostic phenomenon of a muscle weakening when a person experienced anxiety or when they make a false statement. The art of applied kinesiology was founded in 1964 by a chiropractor in Detroit by the name of Dr. George J. Goodheart Jr. today. Kinesiology is based on the theory…
There are different styles a student can use to study and learn. Although most have used the procrastination style, which was not covered on the VARK questionnaire, consisting of all day and night cramming before the test. Everybody knows that the procrastination style is one of the worst ways to study and comes with the stress and anxiety. After taking the VARK questionnaire the style that best fit my study habits was kinesthetic. Kinesthetic learning revolves around hands on approach. Also known as physical learners they need to touch, feel, handle things trying things for themselves demonstrations are not always beneficial they would rather learn from trial and error. Unfortunately due to the need to…
People tend to retain what they learned when it’s hands on. They learn by doing rather than thinking. They want to learn from their mistakes , so that they understand how to apply it and correct that mistake. Kinesthetic learners is the definition for people who learn better by doing rather than thinking.…
The first week of class we were asked to take an assessment to discover what type of learner we were, I am a kinesthetic or tactile learner. This means, I need touch or be physically active in my learning. The more I researched on kinesthetic learning I found that I was reading about myself. Vincent and Ross (2001) say that tactile learners, “are poor listeners, learn by doing, express emotions physically, and have an outgoing personality.” I agree with this except for the poor listener, I find that I am a very good listener as long as it is something that interests me or the person can keep me interested. Through this it became very apparent to me of why I thrived in certain classes and activities and struggled in others.…
If I was ever feeling down, I could look at that medal and immediately have that feeling again. Today, I have so many things that I do that are not very easy. I coach gymnastics, I am in dance, every summer I do a mission project with my church, and then I of course have school. Through gymnastics I have seen things that everybody does a little different. When I see someone achieve something that will lead to bigger things in life, all I can think is “Wow. They should get a medal for achieving that.” I think this because in gymnastics, medals are not earned at the competition. They are earned during practice. So when I see people do something big, and I know that they have been working so hard for it, I think that they should have earned something…
