Orthopedic simulation is introduced because there are many skills required in order to gain success from the surgery. One of the most popular simulation in orthopedic field is knee arthroplasty. Knee arthroplasty is the replacement of the fractured joint and action take to correct the dislocated mal-position of the tibia. Knee arthroplasty gains attention in these days because of the rising factor of obesity. Obesity results in knee arthritis which needs a total knee replacement (Liabaud, Patrick & Geller, 2013). Total knee replacement implies the need of knee arthroplasty in this situation.
