In the movie, it has been very evident that Bhuvan (Aamir Khan) is a kind of person which we do consider as a leader. From his attitude down to his actions, we can really say that by his heart, he really do know how to lead. This approach mainly is based on early leadership research that assumed a good leader is born. In the movie, there have been a scene where in Bhuvan’s mother have said that Bhuvan mainly inherit some of the characteristics of his father, being as high spirited as he is – a leader.
