Leadership Style

The world in which we live we have a lot of leaders that have been the key for the development of this society in which we live. A leader is a person that guide the others towards a goal , showing the way and creating an environment that allows the active participation of all the team members. In agreement to his way of exercising the conduction of the team, the leader can be considered to be authoritarian, democratically or laissez faire. The leadership does not depend only on the person who gives the orders, but also on the society. A leader is born or is done? Did you have the characteristic to be a great leader?
It is difficult to choose only one leader for this work since they are so many great people. Since Napoleon Bonaparte that was to military and governing Frenchman considered by many people one of the biggest military men of the history to one of the recent Steve jobs creator of the company Apple. But who of the leaders got my attention and why? Ernesto was born Rosario, Argentina. His family was somewhat aristocratic and could trace their lineage to the early days of Argentine settlement. He received an excellent education and is above all interested in the scientific research for allergies, asthma, leprosy and nutritive theory. Ernesto was first a Doctor and he traveled to cure the lepers. He was a valuable defender of the human rights. For his supporters he symbolizes the fight against the social injustices or of rebelliousness and incorruptible spirit. Ernesto Guevara not only fought for a simple elevation of the material standard of living of the wretched peoples but, for the ideal one of a New Man.
Ernesto has been a world leader, he not only cure diseases also help a lot of country’s to obtain the freedom that the desire. I choose "El Che" because he took my attention how he take charge of the fight in so many places and in the same time be a great doctor. The theory of "The Great Man" is the one that describe Ernesto. To be a "Great Man" you
