Mao Zedong is a legend in China, his ideology was studied by thousands of experts. He has very strong personality, so how can hospitality managers learn something from it? In this paper, there will be a brief analysis of Mao’s leadership. Mao’s traits include assertive, initiative, long-vision and social conception. His majority leadership behaviors are charisma and directive.
