MOBILITY: - Martina reported, the resident staff said to her that the wheelchair taxi does not work on Sunday and she suggested if she can buy a car and be using it for Anna. Daughter (Martina) wanted to know how longer the pad can stay on Anna with a continent because she is planning to take her for meal and spend longer time with her. SKIN: - It was reported that Anna has marks on her skin but no pressure sores at the time of the meeting. Doctor advice staff to be doing stretch hand massage or gentle exercise for Anna.
Martina wanted Anna nails to cut or preferable that she can do it if the staffs allow her to.
FOOD AND FLUID: - Anna is eating and swallowing with assistant and she is on soft food. Anna has eating assessment reviewed suggested that she does not change for now.
WEIGHT: - Anna weighted 68kg.
MEDICATION: - Lansoprazole was change from 15mg to 30 mg.
Mental state: - Staff says no concerns about her mental
states.
