Aims and objectives of lesson
Aims;
To teach the set warm up, side stretch, walks, step ball change, split runs and combination steps A and B.
To give the children a good understanding of good posture
Objectives;
The students will have good knowledge of the exercises i aim to teach
Notes for safe dance practice
I will assess the studio ensuring wires and objects are moved or taped down so the children cannot trip over them. I will also make sure the children have regular water breaks throughout the lesson to ensure they are hydrated.
