Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for admission to your esteemed university for the academic year 2014-2015. The course I have applied for is BSc (Hons) Management with Accounting (Part Time), due to begin in November over at the Kaplan campus in Singapore.
DBS Singapore has offered me an internship opportunity of 6 months, this is to help me gain some valuable experience, which facilitates my conversion from an ACCA affiliate to a full member. Essentially, I would like to be working and studying at the same time, which helps me best efficiently utilize time. There is a slight hitch though. Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower has a requirement which states that all students, prospective or current, need to furnish a no-objection certificate, obtained from the respective University in order for the company to process the required documents and generate the terms of employment.
I humbly request such a letter be provided, as there is a timeline after which the internship opportunity will be given to someone else. In the event, that the admission process does take a while longer, would it be possible to furnish a provisional letter?
I would be deeply grateful for assistance on this matter. If there is anything additional that you may require from me, please do let me know.
With Kind Regards
