The only main reason why many people doesn’t do detox (even though they know that it is good for them) is because they are not mentally prepared, focused, determined and persistent, to detoxify. They say that the process involves a change of lifestyle. It involves discipline - which most people lack - to get through a detox. Yes, detox involves change. However, here’s the truth: change will happen no matter what. The only difference is the positivity or the negativity of the change that will happen. If you want the change to be positive, you are going to need to pull some effort on your part.
