Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived in a poor village. The little girl always wore a red hood, thus creating her nickname, “Little Red Riding Hood.” One day, Little Red Riding Hood’s Mom was baking treats in their cottage when a wonderful idea popped into her head.

Little Red Riding Hood stuffed a little wicker basket full of warm, baked goods. So, the naive little girl wandered into the woods to deliver her ill Nana a basketful of treats.
“No, what was it, Lester?” One of the poor men asked. Lester was about to tell all the poor men what he just heard. However, Lester was a very selfish person.
“Oh, nothing. I just...um...heard...a bird, that’s all!” Lester lied. He wanted the little girl’s food for himself. So, Lester went into the woods and followed the red hood that he saw.
Little Red Riding Hood kept singing and skipping through the woods, not even aware that a tired, starving man was following her. Lester was oblivious, as well. He didn’t notice a huge, 100-pound wolf slowly stalking him. This wolf hated Lester! Lester took her puppies and sold them to the town merchants, so he could get a few measly dollars. So, the mama wolf was seeking her revenge.
After all of that singing, skipping, and wandering, Little Red Riding Hood finally could see her Nana’s cottage! She ran as fast as she could until she was facing the rickety, wooden cottage. Little Red Riding Hood wiped her feet on her Nana’s welcome mat and knocked on the door.
“AAAH!” Nana shrieked. The door was still closed, so Little Red Riding Hood had no idea what was troubling her
