I’m going to explain the factors to be considered when planning to recruit individuals to work in health and social care

Health and social care is a very demanding and rewarding environment too work in but can also be very challenging, at London Nursing Home we always look for the professional approach. We take recruitment very seriously at London Nursing Home as we find the service users are normally the most vulnerable in society, so we take the upmost care in being professional. There are many different job roles and finding the person with the right skills and commitment will be an asset to the business. As care staff at London Care Home you could be spending a lot of time on a one to one basis, so making sure the recruitment process
