The lowest animal essay
Personally I agree with Mark Twain, man is diesis that is just consuming the face of this earth, but man has also done great things. Like any other being in the world they have their gad side and good side. Man for the most part has shown its bad side to the world, but that doesn’t mean it’s not there. For instance the fact that most of us are trying to undo all the terrible things we did to the world. We are recycling more and caring for our endangered animals. We are starting to treat each other with more value. There are many of good things we do to go beside with the bad. In history I’m learning about the pyramids and I’ve realized that we are capable of astounding things even when the odds are against us. They built the pyramids thousands of years ago without the technology we have today and yet it’s still they are one of the greatest monuments ever built.
Even though we may hurt each other all the time we protect each other too. When someone needs to be saved we are there. Some people even make a career out of it, like firemen, police officers or soldiers. There are people who want to help and that’s good because there’s someone to fight all the people who want to watch the world parish. There is always someone who will stand up against evil and fight for what’s right because deep down they want this world to be a peaceful place. Man starts wars but also ends them in hope that there is peace for an outcome. The soldiers who fight those wars are fighting for peace. Some are fighting to control the world when it should be free and happy.
I think this world is a great place and that man is great but lately we haven’t been and that’s why I want us to change. I want everyone to respect each other and be peaceful. I know were capable of it because it happens all the time but we also don’t respect each other and fight all the time so it’s weird. I don’t understand why we do the evil things

Federalists, as founded by John Adams and Alexander Hamilton who persist in faith like there should be a strong central government and loose view of constitution. It means they regard anything not forbidden in the constitution is allowed for federalist government. Dealing with foreign countries, they prefer trading and communicating with Britain since they have one of the world’ most powerful navy which is convenient for import and export. They also raised up the idea of forming a national bank which is favored by the businessman. Their military policy of large peacetime army is opposed to Democratic republicans that peacetime army should be small. For other policies, democratic republicans favored weak central government and strict view of…

In 2012, it was estimated that more than 172 million people were affected by conflict worldwide. The effect of so many people being affected by conflicts is a way to respond to them. With all the conflicts in the world, people need to be able to respond and react to these conflicts in the best possible way. People can best respond to conflict by believing in what they think is right and persevering through everything against them, so they can show what is morally right, let nothing hold them back, and help others with the same issue along the way. During times of conflict, it is important for people to choose a side they believe in, so they can show what they think is right.…

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it—always.” Gandhi’s words are true. There will always be murders and war, but in the end kindness will always win. In Mark Twain’s essay “The Lowest Animal,” he explains why he thinks humans are the lowest animals. He believes that “man is incurably foolish.” (650.) Humans are capable of being foolish and evil, but they are also capable of being kind and unselfish. People such as Oskar Schindler and Harriett Tubman show human’s best…

A man once said "all man is basically evil". This quote shows how man has no capability to do what is right. It shows how man inner self is only able to do what is wrong. I disagree with this quote in many ways because most of mankind is born with morals and no one can say what is right or wrong because we do not know. In the Lord of the Flies by William Golding it agrees with my interpretation of the quote though many literary elements.…

One sunny morning in Cleveland, Ohio, a homeless man receives a gift of new shoes from an honorable stranger. Yet at the same time, a young man robs a bank, and an innocent woman is shot at random. Humanity has positive aspects, such as people doing righteous acts towards other human beings, but also sadly has negative aspects such as violence for little to no reason. The world seems to withhold more negative events rather than positive all throughout history. Therefore, mankind is inherently evil, but also has the capability to overcome through positivity.…

Throughout history, the actions of man have been marked as a menace to society. For centuries, he has numerously played a key role to several acts of war, murder, racism and genocide. These actions all contribute to the idea of man as the one factor that hinders our human population from living in a perfect world. Although man will continue to show his innate evil, he will never be able to overcome the inner beauty of nature. The wise German philosopher Friedrich Nietzche went on and said “The world is beautiful, but has a disease called man.” In William Golding’s Lord of the Flies, a group of young boys survive a plane crash and become stranded on an empty island. Their attempt at civilization quickly fails, and leads to death and savagery. In Golding’s novel, the realization of man’s will to sin is shown through the killing of Simon, the Christ figure that maintains the sense of civilization and order on the island, and the brutal murder of the pig.…

After witnessing events that have taken place in the world, like the attack on September 11th and the building of a wall on the Mexican Border, I wonder what disaster will occur next. Are we the cause of this destruction and turmoil? When I reflect on the quote "We have met the enemy and he is us", I look back at these events and realize that we are connected to them. Walt Kelly, the creator of the comic Pogo, is persuasively summing up his attitude towards mankind and the human condition. In saying that, because of the garbage and pollution surrounding Pogo's habitat he states that "We have met the enemy and he is us". I agree with what this quote is saying because of the situations I have read and…

In the beginning there was nothing but a black abyss before God decided he wanted to make the world beautiful. He made everything in just four days, from the earth to its inhabitants. God made everything we see around us today in just four days. His best creation by far is humans. Humans maintain and make the world better. Some do not agree but it is believed that God put man on this planet to compete against one another for sport. Creating the sports like basketball, football, wrestling, baseball, soccer, etc. was a way to settle differences without war. It is seen that humans have messed up but they have redeemed themselves in ways unimaginable. Here is a story about one certain group of people in The United States.…

A world in peace is what all people dream about, to have a good relationship with each other and to avoid any chaos-ending problems. This is a long time dream of anyone, everyone; no matter who you are, where you are; what your nationality may be; what your work may be and mostly, what you desire may be. For in your biggest ambitions in life, there is that slight hope of having peace. But in reality, peace is a dream paradise that we can never afford without atonement or experiencing pain.…

According to Robin Williams, “No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world.” The world may be a good place for some people while it can be not that good for others, it depends from the perspective of each person. Many people can find themselves really happy and satisfied with their lives. On the other hand, several people might agree that the world would be a better place for everyone if some factors were changed, maybe some services, governments, economy, etc. But, what is really interesting is that everything in this world is what it is because of the people in general. Humans are a huge and powerful group that is responsible for every single action that is going on. Considering this, another problem is originated,…
