In the movie, Lancelot shows courage towards Malagant’s army, and Lancelot’s saying is “Live or Die.” Lancelot is kind of like a dare devil, he is willing to do anything, even if he risks his life. Arthur is impressed by Lancelot’s courage and struck by his recklessness, so Arthur showed him the round table. When Arthur’s men saw how good he fought, they called him Sir Lancelot. Another example of Lancelot showing courage is when he went through the gantlet without any amour on. He could have died, but he showed the people that he could do anything, even Arthur. Lancelot was also not afraid to go to Malagant’s castle to save Guenevere. He was pretty smart to tell Malagant that he had to tell Guenevere a message face to face. Then he built up the courage to fight Malagant’s army to save Guenevere. The way he took Guenevere out of the castle was so brave, because he just wanted to get her out even though it was hard. Lancelot does whatever he wants even though he might be put in a situation that could kill him. Sometimes Lancelot would just fight so others can see how brave he is, like in the beginning of the movie. I feel like all this bravery is to impress Guenevere. There is never a time in the movie that Lancelot doesn’t show
