3. Feasibility of the design to meet cost requirements.
4. Adaptability of the design to meet the varied life patterns of potential users.
5. The integrity of the design incorporating all the requirements into a delightful whole.
Design Objectives
1. To design a low-rise walk-up apartment building that is marketable and attractive to middle-income renter’s lessees.
