Description :
House friend’s is a Homewares retailer.it has specialising in bathroom fittings, bedroom fittings and decorative items.it has a chain of eight stores. All stores are situated around the greater area of each state’s capital city. These stores are open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Saturdays. Different types of payment options are available like Cash, Credit cards, Cheques and gift cards. Trade customers will get an invoice end of the every month. House friends store has exchange option with proof of purchase but not refund. As of now the store has three cashiers, three floor sales representatives, one supervisor, one bookkeeper role and one store man.

 Mission: The goal is set to be the major retailer in their sector across the city and the state in three years.
 Vision: doubling the number of stores around the greater city area with new stores strategically placed in the growth corridors. Additionally the expansion will include a store in each major regional town in the state.
 Values: Provide customers with a wider selection of merchandise with great customer service.
