For this project you may choose to complete ONE of the following options. You may work in partners for this or by yourself. If you are working with a partner, you will be graded independently and therefore need to breakdown who is responsible for what when handing it in.
OPTION A
A socio-gram is a diagram that allows you to visually analyse your characters and their relationship to other within the play/story. For this option, you and a partner will create a socio-gram based on the characters from Macbeth. Your final submission may be done on chart paper or using a multimedia format (i.e. Prezi, PowerPoint, etc). The requirements for this are as follows:

For this, you must include the following: • Identify what opening music you would include in your chosen act. You may simply write down the title of the song and provide lyrics if appropriate. Write an explanation of your choice. • Identify at least 5 SYMBOLIC SET PIECES (images, set props, lighting, stage levels, or any other parts of set) that reflect patterns and aspects included in the text in this act. Explain your choices in a paragraph, addressing textual evidence to support your choices. Also comment on the effect these pieces will have on an audience viewing a production of Macbeth. • Identify at least 1 SYMBOLIC PROP that represents the characterization of each of the main characters within the Act. Find a visual image of the prop and give an explanation for your choice. • As Shakespeare frequently leaves out specific details of events that transpire in his plays, choose one aspect of the act that goes unseen (i.e. the actual killing of Duncan), and add in your version of what would occur during this. You are to write this in the style of a play
