Major Accomplishments Of Ancient Egyptian Civilization
The ancient Egyptians were very clever people who made many great accomplishments throughout their lifetime. They invented many things and used resources surrounding, them to create them. The Egyptians did not have to worry about food supply because they managed to use the Nile for that. The Nile flooded every year and it left rich soil for the Egyptians to farm and grow crops. Since the Egyptians did not have to worry about food supply they had a lot of time to develop and improve their civilization. Three major accomplishments of the Egyptians civilization are, art, writing, and transportation/trade.

To begin, writing is a major accomplishment to the Egyptian civilization because it helped track their business transactions, praise their ruler and record their history. The Egyptians used phonograms and

Art was found in many places such as sculptures, paintings, and architecture. The paintings showed daily activities, historical events, and life after death scenes. They all lacked realism and showed an ideal world. Unlike the paintings, the sculptures showed a high deal of realism and were made to represent important gods and the pharaohs. Egyptians made the sculptures to show respect to the gods and pharaohs. The lower people in the social structure helped build the sculptures and put it up. The architecture was the different monuments like the pyramids, tombs, and temples. The tombs and temples were also built for the gods and pharaohs to show social standing and the importance of how the higher the social class the better. Art was a great accomplishment because it showed religion, and social structure, which are very important concepts of a good civilization. Planning and the management of the sculptures, paintings, and architecture was a very difficult task. The effort put into these project showed how important they were, and the rituals and proceeding that took place
