Problem : Decision-making (expansion of product line)
Areas of Consideration :
* Strength * Malabon Marketing Inc. is a stable company and it is known as an independent soy sauce dealer in the business industry. * The company can provide the wants and needs of the consumers * They earn higher profit in their product lines.
* Weaknesses * The conflict of the decision-making between the three brothers. * They only have limited funds to expand more of their business.
* Opportunities * If the company can expand their business line, they can gain more profit
* Threats * They are not sure whether their decision making of expanding one of their business would give benefits to them. * If the company choose wrong the product line for the expansion of their business it can cause net loss or else bankruptcy
Alternative Courses of Action
1. They should call a meeting of all the board members of the company. 2. They should go for the expansion of the grocery line. 3. Ask for a help of a consultant for the decision making
