MARCIAL, RAYMOND JED T. Do you know how different men are from women? Men and women have a lot of differences that scientists have studied for years. Some of the most important differences are: physical appearance, psychological differences, and social differences.

Physical appearance is one of the most important differences between men and women. Both have different physical contours. Men build muscles more easily than women, and they have different body shapes. Men and women have unlike body structures. For example, men are taller than women, and both have different sizes. Men and women differ in their weights. Men have heavier muscles and thicker bones than women. Although not everybody thinks that these differences are very important, they are what make them unique. We like to think that men and women are fundamentally the same, excepting their reproductive organs. We all want the same rights and opportunities, and for some things, such as women's suffrage, it was a long, hard fight to achieve equal footing. As a result, we're often appalled at stereotypical suggestions that the sexes might be different. Men and women do think differently, at least where the anatomy of the brain is concerned, according to a new study.The brain is made primarily of two different types of tissue, called gray matter and white matter. This new research reveals that men think more with their gray matter, and women think more with white. Researchers stressed that just because the two sexes think differently, this does not affect intellectual performance. In human brains, gray matter represents information processing centers, whereas white matter works to network these processing centers.The results from this study may help explain why men and women excel at different types of tasks, For example, men tend to do better with tasks requiring more localized processing, such as mathematics, Jung said, while women are better at integrating and assimilating information from
