MANAGEMENT ASPECT

INTRODUCTION

Under this aspect, the following topics shall be discussed. How the squash and carrot processing shall be managed before and during the operating periods, pointing out the LACHANIKO PROCESSING CORPORATION and persons involved in studying the project.

“CHIRZ” is the name of the product a vegetable drinks made primarily of blended vegetable such as carrot and squash. In recent years more and more people have come to realize the importance of eating and living healthy by selecting the all natural foods. This interest in healthy living and the subsequent learning of the life giving values of food prompted researchers on different health drinks, majority of which are focused on developing vegetable drink. These beverage come in one blend squash and carrot a natural and very nutritious. They offer a healthy alternative to sodas and other beverages.

Daily consumption of vegetable drink may not just help increase vegetable consumption, but also improve the effectiveness of weight loss strategies and giving you a radiant, energetic life and truly optimal health. Everyone knows carrot and squash improves vision as it provides the highest vitamin A content of all vegetables. It protects the body by decreasing the risk of heart disease, stroke, blindness and certain types of cancer. Carrot and squash is one of most healing foods that provides the finest and highest quality nutrients, especially from its juice. It is an excellent source of pro-vitamin A, vitamin C, D, E, K, B1 and B6. It is rich with biotin potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, organic sodium, and some trace minerals. You don’t need to remember these fancy names, but just remember that phytonutrients are nature’s marvelous provision for healing of various diseases.
