In today’s modern business environment, behaving in an ethical responsible manner is more and more appealing to organizations who are paying more attention to ethics engages in ethical business. Practice may be connected to customers and establishing a stronger business position. Therefore, the purpose of this essay is to discuss what ethics are as they apply to organizations, and how to encourage moral environments within organizations. To answer this question, the essay will firstly explain what business ethics are. Furthermore, the essay will discuss how the organizations apply to ethical practice. Finally, the essay will provide another method which pertains to ethical code to improve ethical behavior.
Ethics is indispensable for the success of enterprise. As Trevino and Shea said that ethic often defined as “the code of moral principles and values that governs the behavior of a person or a group with respect to what is right or wrong”(Shea, 1988&Trevino, 1986).
