Introduction:
ViettinBank – CTG Corporation and well-known brand name in domestic market of Vietnam. According to the scenario, CTG has archived many objectives through the operation time. This report is going to provide the evidence in business strategy of CTG in some different criteria, from the level of decision making, the stage of management and stake holder analysis. Furthermore, with the information which is distributed from the main scenario, I also would like to perform the business recommendations for Viettin based on the customer satisfaction level. In the following parts of this report, the problems will be revealed and analyzed.
