This report has established the lack of viability of running the proposed 50+ Fitness Program in Melbourne City Bounce Fitness Centre- Carlton due to various socio/economic/and demographic factors. One of the leading factors for this conclusion was grounded in the projected decease in population aged 50 and over in the Carlton area in the next 10 years. Implementing a pilot program for individuals aged 50 and over, based on the analysed data, would negatively affect the projected revenue for 2012 and beyond.
