Introduction
Physical recreation is any physical activity that not only builds your body to be fitness, but also brings the relaxation, such as gym, walking and dancing. Nowadays, people found that participation in sport and physical recreation activities is a necessary part of healthy lifestyle.
In Australian Bureau of Statistics study ( 2009-2010) based on 17.5 million Australians, it was found that nearly two-thirds of participants aged 15 years and over had participated in sport and physical recreation at least once during the 12 months, (64%) ( Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2010).
Furthermore, another result also showed that people aged 15 years and over preferred to have participated in non-organised sport or physical recreation more than organised one, (13% and 61%, respectively). The last result is about the wide range of physical recreation activities in Australia. It discovered that walking for exercise attracted the largest number of both male and female participants. However, a much larger percentage of women participated in walking for exercise than men (30% compared with 16%) (Australian Bureau of Statistics,
