Maniac Magee Jeffery Does The Wrong Thing
Everybody has done at least one thing wrong. Whether it's lying or a federal offense everybody has done something wrong, and most of the time there is not a good outcome. In the book maniac magee jeffrey magee (maniac) does the wrong thing. In both parts he runs away impulsively,runs away from family,and he runs away for himself. The ending of part one and part 1 and the ending of part 2 are similar because jeffery does the wrong thing. The ending of part 1 and the ending of part 2 are similar because jeffery does the wrong thing. One of the big things he does is he acts impulsively when he runs away. A Lot of people act impulsively but maniac takes it to a whole new level by running away. He runs away froms the beals, he didn't think
about it he just did it. (76) he lost not only his best friend but his family and happiness as well. This happened all because he think about what he was doing. he runs away from grayson's funeral.(118) He was so sad and overwhelmed that he just ran away instead of showing his respects to grayson. He will probably regret running away without thinking. These are similare because in both he acts without thinking and he will regret it.
He was also acting selfishly when he ran away. He was thinking of know one but himself which hurt amanda and the beals.(75) Then in part two he got upset and ran away from grayson's funeral which probably made grayson roll over in his grave.(118) this is an odd change because maniac always seemed kind and generous, but he was so upset in both instances that he left to get away from it. In both instances he didn't know what to do so he did what he is known for running. These statements are similar because in both he acts selfishly
He also runs from his problems which is impossible because they will just come back later and cause more problems.
