EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction Nowadays, the income of every family didn’t meet their expenses. For that reason, every individual think of a sideline to be the source of their income. Especially students who can’t afford to pay all bills or tuition fees in their school. Those mothers who cannot supply the needs and wants of their children. That’s why being a dealer of any direct selling company is one of their way to gain another income. As a dealer, aside from helping themselves, they are also benefiting others. How? Let’s take a situation. Not everyone has a looted time to go to mall for the purpose of purchasing anything. For example, these employees who are busy in their work and don’t have time to look, choose and purchase any cosmetics products, dress, shoes, and etcetera for their personal use. For that kind of situation, by ordering in the brochures, dealers help costumers to find and purchase product in a short period of time. Being a dealer is not simple but not quite difficult. As a dealer, you must learn how to communicate to others and build up a friendship on them. Costumers not only stay because of the products, but also to the commitment of the dealer to them, In general, there are many direct sellers here in the Philippines even in the other country. Most of the dealers are from AVON Company which quoted as “The Company for Women”. This company is one of the famous direct selling companies. Many women trusted their products because high quality and affordable prices. They really meet the styles and designs and costumers want. Aside from that AVON offers different trainings for those who will become a leader. They give incentives as a percentage for what they’ve doing. There are a lot of opportunities in AVON in order to improve the skills of their dealers. Everyone is suited to go under those trainings as long as it helps them to be more knowledgeable about this kind of business. AVON Company is not selfish as they progress; they share it
