• High-level skills in organization, clerical aptitude and attention t detail, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal relations
• Good decision making and judgement
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to prioritized work and follow through independently, handle a variety of tasks, and work collaboratively and professionally
• Work experience as a medical secretary and/or transcriptionist, experience with secretarial and clerical software, and basic math skills (preferred)

Health and Wellness Benefits Mayo Clinic employees can select from several medical insurance, plan which vary in cost. The medical plan includes a network and out network coverage across all 50 states. It covers 100% coverage for preventative care services, including drug coverage, and air ambulance transportation.
Dental Plan Option There are two dental insurance plan options, the traditional plan covers two preventative cleanings each calendar year, and provides for basic and major services. Both options offer additional orthodontic benefit.
