Mcdonald's Strategy: The Business Analysis Of Macdonalds
McDonald’s uses corporate agreements for scheduling and they are based on local market conditions and laws, as well as supply chain needs. For example, the company’s strategy involves regular schedules to address fluctuations in local market demand. Thus, McDonald’s is flexible and adapts to local market conditions. However , that does not mean that the countries and local markets have complete freedom to add to the menu and promote their products how they want. McDonald’s prides itself in the consistency of its products and taste around the world and would not allow complete independence. (Scribd, 2016)

In order to reduce difficulties of the staff and reduced waiting time of the customers, MacDonald’s also plans to make sure that the outlets sufficiently staffed during busy hours. (Marino, 2004) There will also be hospitality classes and trainings to be more friendly service oriented because McDonald’s believed that it will reduce the number of complaints of the service and staff and it would make the customers happy. Macdonalds also offers other services from gift cards to free wifi , indoor playground and birthday parties. This element focused on retaining customers through building a brand loyalty and brand awareness. McDonald’s launched it famous media campaign of “I’m Lovin it” to create a bond connecting McDonald’s brand to its customer and the communities in which they live
