Me Essay
Before I start I should say that coming up with ideas to write about myself was not an easy task, but nobody could have wrote this essay better than me, for the simple fact that nobody knows me more than I know myself. That being said, lets begin shall we. First of all my name is Samantha. I was born on October 21, and have been raised in Texas all my life where I live with my parents and siblings. I have two sibling an older sister and brother, making me the baby of the family.

I have long brown hair and brown eyes to. In my opinion I’m a little on the short side standing at about 5’ 2”. I think that I'm even tempered, rather reserved, calm and modest. I like staying alone and sometimes I retreat into my shell. But at the same time I like my friends, I like to laugh and joke. I have got a sense of humour. If you were to ask my friend to describe my in one word most likely it would be happy. Why happy? Well I’m always smiling and in a great mood. I’m a very optimistic person. For me life is about experiencing as much as I can while I can. Each day is filled with countless opportunities to do so many things. When my mom was pregnant with me she didn’t want to know what gender I was in till I was born. If I was a boy my name would have been Jake Ryan or if I was a girl it would be Samantha. What these names both have in common are they were the name’s of two actors in a 1980’s movie called 16 Candles. Now since we're on the topics of movies my favorite movie happens to be 16 Candles, but I love pretty much any movie made in the 80’s and late 70’s. Anything from reading to coloring to doing arts and crafts, thinks that get the creative juices flowing are things that I enjoy. I would consider myself a book worm, because I love to read. When it comes to work where you have to show creativity some people would say I’m an overachiever because I won’t settle for sloppy work, I will do something over and over again till i get it to my standards even if it

After watching a few commercials from this year’s Super Bowl Football game, the one that caught my eye the most was the 2012 Chevy Silverado Apocalypse. It was humorous, creative, and got the point across to the audience. Compared to the other commercials of this year’s Super Bowl those were the qualities that stuck out more so. The commercial effective with the way it played out and was well set up.…

In the book, Of Mice and Men and the movie, La Strada there is an idea of a universal concept. In La Strada there is symbolism; character types and the journey which is what the movie is based on, which also reflects the book Of Mice and Men, but instead of the journey in Of Mice and Men it would be the concept of the American Dream. Both the text and the film are based on human conflict and how the human race works whether it is Gelsomina and George who are accepted into society, and Zampano and Lennie who are generally not accepted into society or they are treated differently. This reflects the grotesque characters in both the text and the film.…

To understand the universality of human nature we can explore common traits and characteristics, many of which are prevalent in Jane Yolen's novel, Briar Rose. Yolen produces a very powerful and complex novel exploring the emotional aftermath of the Holocaust. Yolen has intertwined the facts of the Holocaust with the story of Briar Rose, a traditional fairy tale, in order to speak about the Holocaust without having to go into the historical detail of the experience. Yolen whose background is Jewish has previously written a novel detailing the Holocaust, uses Briar Rose as an extension of her work. Significant aspects of human nature that Yolen focuses on include the courage and heroism of the character Josef as he expresses the power of survival, the ability of Gemma to cope with her history and memories from the Holocaust and the journey of Becca to unravel the truth of her grandmothers past and therefore her identity.…

Trey Songz was born Tremaine Aldon Neverson on November 28, 1984, in Petersburg, Virginia. Raised as a military brat, Songz did not have aspirations to have a musical career as a child due to his shyness, saying "Singing wasn't a reality for me, until other people started noticing I sounded good." He recognized his vocal abilities at the age of 14. Reluctant to sing, he began performing with encouragement by friends and family in high school. Elizabeth Barrett Moulton-Barrett was born on 6 March 1806, in Coxhoe Hall, between the villages of Coxhoe and Kelloe in County Durham, England. All the children lived to adulthood except for one girl, who died at the age of three when Elizabeth was eight. The children in her family all had nicknames: Elizabeth was "Ba" to her family.
