Customer satisfaction is a term used among many organizations and businesses; this is the level of happiness or pleasure created in a customer after selling a product or service to that customer. Most of the companies are worried about the level of the customer satisfaction that they provide for their new and existing customers. Higher the customer satisfaction, higher will be the revenue that the company gets in return. This may include, prior sales service, during sales service and after sales service. All of this will affect the future and present of the company/business organization.
The most famous concept among people is that the if the basic training and new training is given to the employees with the new technologies that come into play the level of customer satisfaction increases with it. More the customer is happy about the product or the service he/she gets, more the revenue of the company will be.
The travel and tourism industry plays a big role in a country’s economic structure. Especially for a country like Sri Lanka travel and tourism is one of the main modes of revenue to the country. Travel agents are the next important party who links tourists, travel and accommodation providers. Travel agents make life of tourists easy; they coordinate from air ticket, to hotel accommodation and the travel inside the country.
Superlink Travels, Classic Travels and NKAR Travels have been leading travel agencies in Sri Lanka. They are three of the few IATA (International Air Transportation Association) certified travel agents in Sri Lanka. They have the suitable customer base and service to conduct a research based on a model.
