In this period I, people of that started farming but witout pottery. At that time people use plants, for instace wheat and barely catteles , goats for farming and these are the source of their nutrion. They started to build building an place to live and theymade baskets to carry food and stones and bangels and things for very basic needs. And even at that they have sytem of burry as many buried had founded by archeologist teams. Jewelry which was wore by women of that civilization includes seashell. They had migrated from mountain are to plain land for pasturing in South. Then this migration brought many changes and many more ways found for nutrition like hunting and they learnt how to raise sheep and goats and other animals of that time. This was a time when things started to change and civilization stared to develop in the people of that time and most of them became agriculturist and started farming and crops this era of that time called Early Food-Processing Phase(ca. 7000–5500 BCE).
Lifestyle
The people of Indus valley of civilization started to live their life in a civilized way. For this purpose they started to build their houses in rectangular shape with mud and reed. People of Indus valley lived and made their houses near to river and at that they were no not how to deal with calamities so dangers of flood which could wipe off their mud houses was there. 4.3.2 Mehrgarh Period II (5500 BCE–4800 BCE) and Period III (4800 BCE–3500 BCE)
These two period were ceramic Neolithic, as they started using pottery and later chalcolithic.
Period II is at site MR4 and Period III is at MR2.[2] are the period when they started manufacturing technique and started to utilizing the much advanced techniques Glazed faience beads were produced and terracotta figurines became more detailed. Figurines of females were decorated with paint and had diverse hairstyles and ornaments. Two flexed burials were found in Period II with a red ochre cover on the body.
