Protein
A protein are organic compounds that made up of amino acids and are the building blocks of the cells in the body. Every cell in the body requires proteins to grow and repair themselves so these proteins are necessary for a healthy body and survival. Having so much protein can hurt your body so when you consume so much can get you sick and the right size of protein can keep you from getting sick.
They’re five types of protein in everything that we eat. The largest class of protein is structural proteins. These protein types serve as essential components to your body construction. Keratin and collagen are the most common structural proteins. These are strong, fibrous protein, when keratin forms the structure of your skin, nails, hair, and teeth. There are storage proteins elements that your cells needs. This critical protein is transported to all of your cells and tissues as your blood circulates. Ferritin is a storage protein that houses the crucial element iron, which helps your body make healthy red blood cells. Hormonal proteins act as chemical messengers. These carry signals through a complex communication process known as your endocrine and exocrine system. Protein also has enzyme to serve as biological catalysts needed for chemical reactions. Digestive enzymes help your body digest food.
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and also muscle tissue. Amino acids also play a major part in physiological processes relating to our energy, recovery, mood, brain function, muscle, and strength gains. With these it also can be in our quest for fat loss. There are about 23 amino acids and about 9 of these are classed as essential or indispensable amino acids, these must be obtained from out nutritional intake. One problem of over eating protein of too much nutrient, can tax the kidneys. High protein can cause high carbohydrates that may directly influence human diseases by affecting physiological and metabolic processes.
