Course of Study

This course supports the assessments for MGC1. The course covers 7 competencies and represents 4 competency units.

Introduction
In this course, you will learn about strategic planning, total quality, entrepreneurship, conflict and change, human resource management, diversity, and organizational structure. All of these topics are descriptive of the working environment managers must learn to oversee. Regardless of how the business environment changes, organizations always need effective managers to ensure that strategic objectives are met. Once you complete this course, you will have demonstrated a level of competence that you can immediately use to become an effective manager in your work and career experience.
