Coca Cola Corporation has set several goals for the organization including improving packaging materials, recovering and reusing bottles and cans, and recycling the plastic for repackaging. Comcast was first incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania in 1969 and offered shares o the public on June 29, 1972. 430,000 shares were issued at $7 per share. Today shares cost an average of $25 to $30.On November 18, 2002, Comcast and AT&T Broadband combined to form the new Comcast Corporation.
