It can be argued with certainty that there isn’t one best way that intra- and interpersonal perceptions contribute to individual success both at university and later at work. This is because different individuals have different goals and objectives. Individuals are different from each but they have to follow few of the basic principles of the elements and factors like self-monitoring, self-awareness, ethical behavior, Communication skills, Personal development, goal setting. These factors contribute to ones success. . However, similar to a farm, where the same soil generates different fruits and vegetables, these basic approaches to construct an understanding between other people and yourself, there are different ways by which an individual could aim and achieve ones goals and objectives at university and later at work.

How intra- and interpersonal perceptions contribute to individual success both at university and later at work? The answer probably lies in human nature one individual wants to perform better in life it could lead to different ways when you studying at university you have to be aware that in order to achieve our goals you have to identify our existence with our position in university, your friends and fellow students, to achieve what you desire, you need control your emotional and intellectual expressions of our mind and awareness is about learning the way how you understand why you feel what you feel and why you behave in a particular way while you are in a group or by yourself then have the opportunity and freedom to change things about yourself enabling you to create a life that you want and how an individual wants it. As said on self-awareness, The similarity–attraction literature suggests that matching responses even in the absence of any explicit or implied need to coordinate would have engendered positive interpersonal evaluations (Byrne, 1961; Byrne & Clore, 1970; Byrne &
