Organizational Planning
Apple Inc. is considered a Fortune 500 company and is known for the diversity of technology founded by products and software offered to consumers globally. However, Apple Inc. is not an invincible company and endures issues within the consumer industry; thus, managers within must develop new strategies every day. Apple Inc. must produce strategic and operational plans to uphold or better the business. By proceeding with a SWOT analysis, Apple Inc. can decide what goals needs to be met and how to accomplish those goals (Apple Inc. 2015). Once the SWOT analysis is conducted and understood Apple Inc. can move forward to establish the effects that will occur from external and internal stakeholders. Within this paper one will learn how these strategic and operational plans will help attain goals for Apple Inc. and the effect of decisions regarding internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Change and Plan
By following the collected information, generating a SWOT analysis, and going over the information carefully; a strategic plan can determine how to update the capabilities of Apple products that facet comprehensive aesthetic designs. This will also help with creating a unique advertising campaign for Apple (“Strategic Change of Campaign at Apple Inc.,” 2012). Because Android based smart phones seem to dominate the market, the compatibility of programming is needs to be understand customer concerns. Apple Inc. is implementing goals to advance the operating system for iPhones and permit users to access his or her products with complete options within the systems that are not a Mac based operating system.
Apple Inc. initially was well-known for the consumer electronics engineering. The goal was to produce enhanced hardware; however, this was only compatible with devices that could be connected by a USB, audio cable, or wireless technology
