There are also many different abilities that a teacher would have to adapt to be able to successfully teach and communicate with the student. As a child grows they become more independent and less needing help and more of knowing what to do. He explained that he starts the day by preparing the day's lessons and answering emails. The most rewarding part of his job is helping kids realize the potential and ability in mathematics. The most frustrating is helping someone who doesn't want to be helped.
