Club members always turned out in great numbers to ensure success. Available records indicate participation over 25 years. The club is indebted to merchants in the area and industries for consistent financial success. We thank the area’s citizens for their enthusiastic attendance.
Many Shrine Clubs have formed units within their own clubs to perform specific activities to intensify philanthropic efforts. Midland District Shrine Club is no exception. Our Coast Guard Unit began with 20 Shrine “Seamen” and due to its popularity, was limited by the Club Executive to 35 members.
Success breeds success; namely, work carried out by Nobles Carnerie, Robert Moth, Don Johnston, Jack Pettigrew, Fred McConkey and Mac Perrin—to name a few.
