Military Respect and Disrespect

I am here to explain what military discipline, military respect, and disrespect are and the history behind these acts are. I will first give the definitions of military discipline; which is a state of order and obedience existing within a command. ay look at you, Discipline helps to complete certain jobs/instructions efficiently and correctly. in the military it is used to train people so that they are good at their job/career as they have improved due to discipline. Disrespect to a Non-Commissioned Officer; which is where if told by an NCO to do a task a soldier blatantly tells the NCO a story as to why he or she cannot or has not yet performed the task that was assigned. Respect to a Non-Commissioned Officer; which is where the soldier that was told to complete the task at hand no matter how ridiculous as long as it is not immoral replies with one of the following words Roger, Roger Sgt, or moving, those are the best and only answers that a junior enlisted should say to the single/group of Non-Commissioned Officers when spoken to unless they are asked a direct question that needs to be answered with a sentence or explanation. Now I will be moving into why the military has discipline and the history behind it.

Military Discipline is instilled in soldiers from day one of basic training. This is for the simple fact of the military body has no discipline then they will go out to a deployment and not listen they will not make it as individuals in combat. Now the reasoning behind having good discipline is where the team of “Joe’s” will have unity and professionalism and they will work together to get accomplished any goals that are set before them. And to be able to take constructive criticism from one another and improve day by day to be the best they can possibly be. And because soldiers always need to stay on their task and prevent a little mistake so it can’t cause big problems later on in the future. Without these trait’s a soldier has no discipline and
