Steven Spielberg’s movie Minority Report portrays a world where murder never happens, our future society will not be as lucky. In the movie Minority Report police utilize a psychic technology to arrest and convict murderers before they commit their crime. This prevented almost all murders from happening which made the world a more peaceful place. In my vision of the future we are going to be solving crimes with floating cameras capturing everybody’s every move. In my vision pre-crime does not exist and murders still happen but the murderers are always caught.

The technology they use like the computers and devices help them figure out when and where the murder is going to take place. Also the pre-cogs in the water are the ones who can see the murders happening and the technology the workers use lets them see what the pre-cogs are seeing.
Our level of happiness fifty years from now will be very similar to what it is now. The world will to continue to have many technological advances that continue to fascinate and entertain the world so the happiness level in the world will never take a major dip. There will continuously be new types of social media that compel the population to use it at all times making them happier in life. There will also be new technology that makes everyday hassles to be much easier causing much less stress on the person doing these jobs.

However there will be many technological advances in the next fifty years that are similar to the technology in the movie. For example, jet packs, self driving cars and multi-touch interfaces. If I choose to have kids I hope that they stay connected with everyday technology but they don’t let it take over their lives. This world will be taken over by technology whether the world likes it or
