Working as a Sr.Engineer Project sales :‐ I look after sales in Projects of Process industries in India: ‐ Power generation Industry, Refineries & Fertilizers forPneumatic Positioners,SMART Positioners,Electropneumatic Positioners ,I TO P Converters,actuators and other C&I items for Green field and R&M Projects of Sub critical & Supercritical Power plants with EPC companies all over India , power plants of NTPC, ADANI, TATA, State power generation companies, Captive power plants, Smelter plants of Vedanta, L&T‐MHI, BHEL, IOCL,BGR,IJT,DOOSAN,Thermax etc. Analyzing the enquiry specs/RFQ of Customer & Preparing the Techno‐commercial Proposals complying the technical requirement and economically aligned with the expectations of customer. Monitoring the tendering process thru weekly reviews (Internal Departments meetings). Answering the Technical and commercial queries of tender. Lead the negotiation meeting with the costing team in order to arrive at agreeable terms with client & get LOI. Assisting function to win contracts to meet business targets. Analyse and prepare reports on Lost Tenders in order to enable management to ascertain the deficiencies. Getting Vendor Registration done with EPC companies. Receiving the Purchase order and taking care of all the work till the payment, like getting drawings, QAP approved, get the Inspection done on time. Attending the Priced Bid and UN priced Bid meet for our Quote and making a comparison between our prices and Competitors prices for future prospective.
