First of all, in the novel, we are led to believe that Mr. Raymond is a man who got married to a black woman, and had many mixed children and this all happened because he would be drinking all the time out of bag. In the novel, Dill feels sick during the court trial and has to leave the court room, and they had run into Mr. Raymond who offers Dill, of what they believe to be, whiskey but they learn as Dill reluctantly drinks is that it is Coca-Cola(Lee,267). Raymond, Boo Radley, and Tom Robinson and they have all been misjudged or misunderstood and are leads the reader to believe these characters are unethical, but the reader later finds out who they truly are. There are many people who have misjudged or misunderstood and we can use Steve Jobs, for example, people who have dropped out of school are seen as unintellectual people, but rather is the opposite, Steve Jobs became one of the richest and most influential people to ever live. This is just how humans naturally are, they misjudge people based on what society leads them to believe but it is not the truth and we should take it out of our minds that if someone does something that is not necessarily the best for them like dropping out of school, does not mean they are dumb, all we have to do is change the way we think and not think like everyone else
