Mkt research of running man card game

1. Introduction
As the new item “running man card game” will be introduced as one of the core product that sell in the CNY fair, SWOT analysis and survey has been done to show whether it suits the HK market and fit the customers’ needs and wants.

2. SWOT analysis
SWOT analysis helps to identify the internal and external factors that affect the product development and help the company to fully understand themselves. Then, this research will mainly focus on strengths and opportunity of running man card game.
Strengths
RM card game provide variety kinds of mission (around 52)
Convenience : As the mission card includes different mission, it can give the idea for the person who hold the mini game.
Opportunities
Trending of K-pop : As nowadays there is an increasing number of people aware of k-pop and running man is one of the example. From the Facebook fans page of running man, we can see that about one million people like the fans page.

Uniqueness : In the HK market, there are no mission card sold. It provides a great opportunity to introduce running man mission card game so as to attract most of the attention.

3. Survey result
The survey is conducted online at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15D6oitTK89_1qmdmPms1Gmb3R0iPJ3bkAii7RzrcHu8/viewform and it includes 7 questions. Also, there are totally 67 respondents done the survey.

Question 1
It talks about whether the interviewees like running man so as to know the popularity.

From the survey, we can see that majority of the respondents (about 86%) like running man and only 16% of them don’t. It shows that most of the respondents concern about running man..

Question 2
It aims to find out whether interviewees are willing to play running man if the game becomes real.

In the survey, almost 90% of respondents said they would like to play running man if it becomes real and only 10% said they wouldn’t. It shows that there is an opportunity
