MillerCoors is a joint venture of US businesses of Molson Coors and SABMiller and employs around 9,000 people. MillerCoors is kicking off its largest annual volunteer event to protect beer’s most important ingredient: water. Each year the brewer designates September as “Great Water Month,” when thousands of MillerCoors employees participate in projects across the nation to protect local water resources and promote water stewardship. The projects take employees off-campus and into their local communities to repair riverbeds, clean up coastlines and remove trash.
