Molson Coors Brewing Company: Mision Statement: Focus on becoming the best performing supply chain in the global beer industry.
Beer is their passion, heritage and future. For more than 350 years, they have been brewing, innovating and delighting the world’s drinkers. This heritage combined with the lasting connection to drinkers and a healthy dose of modern business has made them a leading global brewer. As a brewing company in love with beer, they are always looking for ways to challenge the expected and bring something new and exciting to drinkers. Their portfolio has more than 100 beer brands including Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Miller Lite, Carling and Staropramen, as well as craft and specialty beers like Blue Moon, Creemore Springs and Cobra. MillerCoors is a joint venture of US businesses of Molson Coors and SABMiller and employs around 9,000 people. MillerCoors is kicking off its largest annual volunteer event to protect beer’s most important ingredient: water. Each year the brewer designates September as “Great Water Month,” when thousands of MillerCoors employees participate in projects across the nation to protect local water resources and promote water stewardship. The projects take employees off-campus and into their local communities to repair riverbeds, clean up coastlines and remove trash.
The brewer works in partnership with a variety of local organizations to execute Great Water Month projects. Now in its eighth year, Great Water Month continues to grow, with thousands of volunteers and projects in over a dozen

Coors would still be required to integrate economies of scale and adjust “Rocky Mountain” water to be more inclusive—“Pure American Spring Water.” By using a new marketing slogan and using “locally supplied” ingredients, Coors could continue differentiating as a proud product using high quality ingredients and processes, only at a lower distribution cost.
