the safety for the residents in Moorebank is also significant. The safety management plan relating to general public needs to be published and analysed by the site safety managers. The contractors and employees are required to respect the safety management policies for the general public.
Local communities
The sustainability manager is responsible to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders, employees, clients and local communities. The relationships between on site managers and employees need to be maintained stable, the sustainability manager is slao accountable for the equal opportunities and fairness for all employees.
The sustainability manager aim to interact more with local communities and Liverpool local councils since the interaction with locals is a fundamental component of success to the redevelopment of the Moorebank quarry. The influences relating to noises, traffics and air qualities caused by the constructions need to be evaluated and managed under the NSW Interim construction noise guideline and Protection of the Environment operations Act 1997. The meetings with local communities may be hosted in the future, the purpose of these meetings are to inform the local communities about the quarry redevelopment plans and to understand and address potential concerns of the local
