Then how to build partnerships to create shared public value? As far as I’m concerned, I should improve myself enough and behave as the model of pursuing shared public value. Only in this way can I convince others to obey it, that is, to build the partnership. A good-shared public value should provide a focus in the context of which individuals are free to pursue and propose new ideas about how to improve the working of the organization. The sense of belonging and sense of honor are also vital here. First make full sense of the share value. Then behave in that way. After that, what I should do is to encourage others to do the similar things. Moral compass should run through the whole process. An individual’s effort is meager but we should not neglect it. Just as the recycle, if I do well in recycling every time I want to throw my rubbish and tell others the importance of recycle, more and more people will be impacted if I carry on doing this.

Moral compass is the principle and norm that leads us to proper and right behavior. Doing nothing that offenses others and public's interest, being helpful, and keep justice and honesty in mind is my core three levels for moral compass. I will try to better it and make it plentiful.

How to set myself an example to others and guide others act as the appropriate moral compass is significant. That’s what I should do in my later business
