These questions and answers will be made available to healthcare personnel when applicable for pediatric patients via a highlighted alert on the electronic medical record. A sensor will be attached to the ID bracelet upon admission. Verification of identity must be provided prior to dismissal of the pediatric patient. Father’s all across the US are denied rights to their children, simply because they are not the mother. “90% of divorce cases involving children, women are granted sole custody, or residential parent status, to use the new politically correct term.” (deLevie, 1994) Court systems make it extremely hard for a father to receive any type of custody, all because the courts see the mother as the nurturer. In some cases, mothers develop Malicious Mother Syndrome while going through a divorce which, causes even more issues for a father trying to get custody. Malicious mother syndrome is an act of a mother manipulating a child and the court system to hate the father. Instead of taking the mother’s actions into consideration, the system just grants the mother sole custody, trusting that what the mother is saying about the father is true.
