Mental health defined by the World Health Organisation (2014) “Is a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises their own potential, can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to their community”. Mental health issues affect an individual’s way of living each day, to what they think and how they should behave. In the UK, mental health affects both gender groups and range from smaller mental health disorders like depression and anxiety to more rare cases of bipolar and schizophrenia (Mind, 2015).
